1. General Provisions

Certain services may be available only to registered users, subscribers, or partners operating under a separate agreement with APA Media Group.

Users must use all services in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any other policies governing the relevant service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;

  • refrain from any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of APA Media Group's systems or services;

  • use the services only for lawful purposes;

  • respect the rights and legitimate interests of other users and third parties;

  • refrain from submitting or distributing false, misleading, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.

Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.

4. Prohibited Activities

While using APA Media Group's services, users must not:

  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any content without authorization;

APA Media Group reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to its services, without prior notice, where these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, news articles, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, software, databases, archive materials, analytical products, artificial intelligence solutions, and all other content available through APA Media Group's platforms are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and applicable international laws.

Such content may only be used as permitted by these Terms, applicable law, or a separate written license agreement with APA Media Group.

6. Content Use and Licensing

No content owned or licensed by APA Media Group may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, commercially exploited, used for artificial intelligence model training, incorporated into datasets or databases, or transferred to third parties without APA Media Group's prior written consent or an applicable license agreement.

APA Media Group reserves the exclusive right to license its news content, databases, archives, analytical products, and other digital assets for commercial or non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

APA Media Group does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APA Media Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from technical failures, internet interruptions, third-party services, or a user's own actions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
